Frequently asked questions
How noisy is it?
At low output the indoor unit is very quiet; in a bedroom you usually won't hear it at all. We position the outdoor unit so it doesn't disturb you or your neighbours.
Where does the condensate go?
Water from the indoor unit drains through a small hose outside or into a waste pipe. Where it can't drain by gravity, we use a small condensate pump. We'll propose a solution at the site survey.
Do you service other brands too?
Yes, we also service air conditioning we didn't install. Send us the brand and number of units, or a photo of the rating plate.
When should I order air conditioning?
Ideally out of season, in spring or autumn. Appointments are easier to get, and we can finish the installation before the hot weather arrives.
