How we process the details you send us via the form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
We will add the commercial register entry and the responsible person.
Who processes the data

What data
Your name, phone number or email, a description of your enquiry, and, if applicable, your company name and any photos you attach. We also record the page language and the address of the page the enquiry came from.
Why
To reply to you, prepare a quote and arrange a site visit or job. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and for invoicing, compliance with legal obligations.
Who has access
Only our team. We are helped on the technical side by providers who process the data on our instructions: Cloudflare (running the website and protecting the form against spam), Resend (delivering the enquiry email) and Google (email inbox).
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Data relating to jobs is kept for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The form protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) uses only technically necessary data. The map from Mapy.cz loads only after you click on it.
